The Soft Skills  – measured by the Emotionnal Intelligence Quotient or EQ – versus the Hard Skills – measured by the Intelligence Quotient or IQ – are specific competencies, out of the technical knowledge, which command the behaviors.

As a Leader, the Soft Skills are for instance:

– capacity of rapport or network building and maintaining, communicating, influencing, inspiring, negociating,

Coaching is NOT consulting, nor training, nor mentoring.

Coaching is space given to the client, where solutions will emerge from the client, considering her/his environment, identity, alues, self knowledge etc…

The coach is like a catalyst. The coach leads the transformation process steps, focus on defining the goal, a startegy and support actions and results.
